1. While in the Colosseum, I wanted to shout: “Are you not entertained!?”

2. On our first day, we went to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. The massive structures were impressive, even more so considering they were built more than 2000 years ago.

Day 2 we went to the Vatican Museum and saw lots of naked sculptures and paintings. The men had small birds.

Now I know why they built big buildings.

3. While walking to the Vatican Museums a tour guide peddler saw us and said, “Ni hao, Konnichiwa, arigato, sayonara!”

He scores 1 out of 5. 1 point for the effort.

4. So far we have been eating pizza’s, sandwiches, cheese and ham. All of which make your poop hard.

Hmmmrghhh!!!

5. Going into the Piazza del Duomo museums, the men were now fully clothed and almost all had curly hair and beards.

The song “Bagay ba sakin ang kulot1 played in my mind.

6. We climbed up 877+ steps to the top of the Bell Tower/ Domes. The view at the top was breathtaking.

Literally.

7. After a very long day in Piazza Del Duomo, Mae asked what do we do next?

I replied, “How about… you duo me?”

8. In nearby town in Florence, we hiked for 3 hours, along the Tuscan hills and haciendas. Mae expressed she wanted to live there in a hacienda.

So she could say, “Facundo2, ang grapes!
